Privacy Policy

Introduction

This document is the Privacy Policy for the portal https://takzen.com.pl.

The Privacy Policy consists of two parts:

  • Part I “Cookies” – applies to all users of the portal takzen.com.pl
  • Part II “Personal Data” – applies only to users whose personal data are processed by the portal administrator.

Part I “Cookies”

Cookies are data files, mainly text files, stored on the user's device (the device on which the browser is located) and are used to access the portal takzen.com.pl Cookies usually contain the name of the website they come from, the duration of their storage on the device, and a unique number.

On the portal https://takzen.com.pl, only information contained in cookies is collected; no other data from your device are collected. The portal does not use "tracking cookies" (cookies that spy on users).

By using this portal, you consent to the use of cookies for the purposes described in this document. Please note that you can change your cookie settings at any time via your browser settings.

Your personal data, collected during or in connection with your use of https://takzen.com.pl, may be processed for the following purposes:

  • To respond to your inquiry sent by email. The processing is based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR).
  • To enter into or perform a contract if you send an inquiry about an offer via the portal’s email address (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR).

Your personal data will be processed only for as long as necessary to achieve the processing purpose or until you withdraw your consent. Your data will not be profiled or subject to automated processing by the Administrator.

You can withdraw your consent at any time, without providing a reason, by writing to me at takzen.app@gmail.com, stating: "I withdraw my consent to the processing of my personal data for the purpose of handling email inquiries." The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing that occurred before the consent was withdrawn.

Your personal data may be shared with an IT company necessary for the operation of my systems, and with an accounting firm.

You have the right to request access to your personal data, the right to rectify, delete, or restrict its processing, as well as the right to request the transfer of your personal data to another data controller. To exercise these rights, please write to me at takzen.app@gmail.com. You also have the right to file a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the GDPR.
