This document defines the operational security and privacy protocols for the portal https://takzen.com.pl.

The policy is divided into two operational segments:

• PART_I [COOKIES] — Global portal telemetry.
• PART_II [PERSONAL DATA] — Data processing for identified entities.

[01] PART_I // COOKIE_TELEMETRY

Cookies are data packets stored on the user's local terminal to optimize portal performance. We do not use 'tracking cookies' intended for peripheral surveillance.

By initiating a connection to this portal, you authorize the use of cookies to:

• Dynamically adjust the interface to terminal specifications.
• Enhanced security procedures.
• Aggregation of telemetry data to optimize the system.

SESSION_FRAGMENTS: Temporary files deleted after terminal disconnection.
PERSISTENT_FRAGMENTS: Data retained for a specified time for returning users.

[02] PART_II // SENSITIVE_DATA_HANDLING

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), we manage personal data under strict operational guidelines.

OBJECTIVES:

• Responding to inquiries sent via secure channels (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
• Fulfillment of contractual obligations (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Data retention is limited to the minimum time required for operational success. We do not apply automated profiling or decisions based on neural networks on user data.
